I give A Touch of Lust 5 stars for incorporating some very good life lessons into the story, such as forgiving yourself for things that happen that are out of your control, being happy with what you have instead of being miserable for what you don't, and persevering through your failures. Well written, great characters and a very good storyline.

Michelle Horst has written a great story that dealt with a sensitive subject, that handled working through many issues for both characters, and coming out better in the end. Very well written.

Liam and Mila have both been part of a cult but neither knows this. He lost his sister because of the cult. She's lost even more. When he discovers that she is part of a cult and plans to return, he can't forgive her for being part of a cult. Does he really blame her?

Liam Wright's little sister, Rosie, committed suicide when he was sixteen. She was to be wed to William as his ninth wife, they belonged to a cult called Miller Clan, due to their mom. Thoughts of vengeance kept him going in the days following Rosie’s death.
Can he forgive himself for not saving her? When he is in college he meets Mila. He spends two years pining for her. She seems very reserved. Will she let him into her life?

Mila Jameson is part of the cult Order of The Promised Land. With her faith slipping, she's beginning to feel like and outsider so she escapes. Will she find someplace where she really belongs? At twenty and in College, she meets Liam who has a way of turning her world upside down. She is prone to panic attacks and he seems to be able to calm her. Can she learn to trust him?

A Touch of Lust is a romance novel that deals with loss of life, loss of identity, loss of friendship and learning to be strong, and to love and trust yourself.

I truly enjoyed this book.
