CESSY centres around Reine "CESSY" McIntosh the Reapers MC princess. She's sassy, sexy as hell with an attitude only usually shown in MC men.
She's anything but shy and nieve, she was born into the mc world and at 12 lived it full throttle, she ain't afraid to go head to head with the men, she knows her own mind and has an inner strength that will surprise many.
Following her father Hawks death she reaches out to a rival club for help, all is not as it seems and soon money laundering seems to be the least of there problems and it seems LOKI is also involved with the Mexican cartel.
Venom "Mr Broody" is the Silent Sons Enforcer and is against getting messed up in the reapers shit storm. As much as Venom and Cessy detest each other there's is definetly an instant attraction and there penchant for tequila only escalates there attraction.
What I loved about this book was the fact that most characters introduced at one stage or another held a back story to other characters which gave you a clear insight into not only the character but other characters connected to them and why friendships where formed and how they lasted the test of time and circumstance.
Venom and Cessy both have scars that run deep, yet it's not about healing those scars but helping the other to cope and know when to pull back and give the other space.
This isn't just an MC love story, this book contains mystery and intrigue and just when you think you have it worked out...something Ells is thrown in.
I applaud Ambere Sabo, for a book well written as well as keeping me interested in the story line...I couldn't put it down.
My favourite character by far was Havoc, and I can't wait for Havoc ( book 2 in the Silent Sons Series)
