Saving the Preacher's Daughter by Piper Davenport was interesting to say the least. The cover and title of the book portray exactly what the story is, an MC biker having to protect the daughter of a preacher. What I found so interesting about this book is the interaction between Dash, our hot biker, and Willow, the religiously innocent good girl. Dash is a little rough around the edges and is the type of guy who will do what he has to, but at the same time is very patient and sweet. Willow is what you would think a preacher's good daughter would be. She follows what's taught in the bible: she doesn't curse and she doesn't believe in premarital relations but at the same time she doesn't judge people and doesn't use the bible to belittle others. When violent circumstances bring both Dash and Willow together they're able to open each other's minds and incorporate both of their beliefs into their new relationship and go with the flow. There was only one issue I had with this novel and that was the overuse of the word honey. Other than that, it was a really good read.
