The author sends us on an amazing adventure into the paranormal world of Faes, demons, wolves and vampyrs. A well written story that will keep you on the edge of your seat as it spins a web of twists and turns that ends in an OMyGosh cliffhanger!!!!!
Old World humans were in charge before the Outbreak. Immunes were living, Old World was dying, then the Dark War began. The Fairies won and the Demon King was exiled.
Children from all species were gathered to Nurseries then advanced to the Academy to be trained and learn powers.
Addie is a strong willed, independent young lady who is very protective of her best friend Livvy. She is training to become a Red Guard. Can Addie protect Livvy? Does Addie make the Red Guard since she is at the top of her class?
Throughout the years at the Academy, Addie, Livvy, Tyler, Logan and Benny were very close. Who will betray the group? Who will end up dying?
Dimitri and Xander are part of the Eight that watches over and trains the students. What secret is Xander keeping from Addie about her past? Who knows why Kaden and the Shades want Addie?
Can't wait to read the next installment, Crash, Book 2. I would definitely recommend this book!!

The characters were so amazing! Grew and flourished so much from the first book. Michael was a cutie. Loved his character.
I absolutely loved this series with its action packed drama, suspense, mystery, betrayal and healing!!
